What is the difference between CAT A & A+ works?

CAT A is essentially a ‘blank canvas’ of a workspace – operationally complete but empty. Basic installations like lighting, fire detection and air con are included but fixtures, fittings or meeting rooms are not. CAT B is a bespoke office fit – fully fitted out and tailored to the tenant.

CAT A+, or a ‘plug-and-play’ fit out, is somewhere in between. While there is no fixed definition tenants will expect a mix of shared and personal work spaces, some level of IT infrastructure and furniture to be included.
